This randomly came to me last week. A blog tag where you answer ten questions about the romance in your WIP, if of course, there is a romance. Or two. Or in the case of Arrows, multiple, but only two couples get the spotlight.
The rules are simple:
- Thank the person who tagged you
- Link back to the original tag
- Answer the questions
- Tag as many people as you want!
I just thought it’d be something fun to do, and I don’t think I’ve seen blog tags regarding romance in a WIP…so yeah. And though Jack & Maggie are the major couple for like 99% of the first volume, Connor & Kelly do start to have feelings for each other by the end, so I’m including them too.
Question #1 / Favorite OTP
Connor & Kelly. No contest. But if only because they’ve been a couple (in my head) since 2017.
Question #2 / Second Favorite OTP
Jack & Maggie. Also no contest, though they could very well end up tying with their son and daughter-in-law. We shall see.
Question #3 / How They Met
Note: This doesn’t have to necessarily be in your WIP. It’s perfectly fine if it took place before the WIP started!
Jack & Maggie:
Connor & Kelly (kind of rough still)
Question #4 / Who Said ‘I Love You’ First?
Older couple: Jack.
Younger couple: Connor.
Like father, like son.
Question #5 / Favorite Date Spot
Jack & Maggie – The park.
Connor & Kelly – Nice restaurant.
Question #6 / The Blanket Hogger
Maggie and Connor: 1
Jack and Kelly: 0
Question #7 / The Bookworm
Older couple: Jack.
Younger couple: Both.
Question #8 / Polar Opposite Opinion On…(Topic of Your Choice)
…the appropriate time to start Christmas music.
Older couple: Jack says after Thanksgiving while Maggie says anytime of the year. Jack tries to convince his boys of his side, but…
Younger couple: …he only got 2 out of 3. Connor loves starting Christmas music early. Kelly…not so much.
Question #9 / Most Likely To Be Organized
Older couple: Maggie.
Younger couple: About 50-50.
Question #10 / Most Likely To Burst Into Song
Older couple: Jack.
Younger couple: 60-40, with Connor being the 60 and Kelly being the 40.

This is such a fun tag! So very fitting with Valentine’s right around the corner. ^_^ And you truly are the MASTER at creating the most lovable couples! <333 This was such fun to read! The snippets of how they all met was the best. I mean THE BABIES. Too, too great! I also snickered at the Christmas music debate. XD
