Alright, so it’s no secret that K.M. Weiland has been a go-to with writing for me the past five years. Reading too, of course. She’s one of a few auto-buy authors on my shelf.
This is an oldie, but goodie. To the point and with writing prompts scattered throughout to get those creative juices going!

The Writer’s Guide To Microsoft Word // Kari Holloway
A short, easy read to navigating MS Word. Learned how to use some things and also learned about some things that I didn’t know about. Like the bleed, widow/orphan, etc.
And I think the cover is cute too. 🙂
On Writing Well // William Zinsser
Definitely to-the-point and can also be used for fiction. One part did irk me a bit, but all-in-all, it does have some good advice.
I also didn’t finish this one…it’s a bit dry. It’ll eventually be finished…
